How we support safer care
- Care planning that considers risks, routines, mobility, medication and emergency contacts.
- Clear communication with clients, families and professionals where appropriate.
- Awareness of potential signs of abuse, neglect, deterioration or unsafe environments.
- Escalation of concerns through agreed safeguarding routes.
- Review of care arrangements when needs or risks change.
Reporting a concern
If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first. If you have a safeguarding concern about care, contact Mark Care LTD and the relevant local safeguarding authority where appropriate.
Confidentiality
Safeguarding information is handled carefully. Information may be shared where needed to protect someone from harm, meet legal duties or support safe care.
