Why we provide documents on request

Care involves trust. Clients and families have the right to understand how a care provider approaches safety, staff suitability, training, safeguarding and service accountability.

At the same time, some records need to be handled carefully. DBS information, staff training records and internal compliance documents may include sensitive information, so we review requests before sharing documents.

Who can request documents?

  • Current or prospective clients.
  • Family members or authorised representatives.
  • Local authorities or professional partners.
  • Healthcare or social care professionals involved in a care arrangement.
  • Other authorised parties where there is a valid reason for the request.

How to request a certificate or document

To request a document, please contact Mark Care LTD and explain which document you need, who the request is for and why the information is required. We may ask for further details before sharing any document.

Where appropriate, documents may be shared securely by email or through another agreed method. We may decline or limit a request if the document contains confidential information, staff personal data or information that is not appropriate to disclose publicly.
